LUKEÉ Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with LUKEÉ. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of our products (hair oil and flaxseed heat caps), we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds, as these are personal care items. However, we will consider returns or refunds under extraordinary circumstances, such as if:
- the item is damaged upon arrival
- you receive the wrong item
In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as received.
- The item must not be damaged or altered by the customer.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and must not have lost its commercial appearance (intact label, unopened bottle with original sealed cap). This condition does not apply if the product is defective.
- The item must be returned complete, with all original components included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at info@lukeehair.com.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Please note: Refunds are for the cost of the product only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defect, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us right away at info@lukeehair.com so we can resolve the issue.
- If you return a defective item, we will accept it and replace it with a suitable product.
- If replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care goods (e.g. hair oil)
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts
Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for any costs to reship the order.
- LUKEÉ is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
